Leaving our most beautiful campsite at Norris in Yellowstone was not easy. But soon we were grippt by the beauty of the Grand Teton National Park, just an hour South. ⁞ЀƘ
Grand Teton has an amazing history being created through the foresight and persistance of a naturist, H. Albright, who convinced Rockefeller Jr. to buy out the farmers secretly and work the government for 15 years to make it into a National Park. We were just arriving at the time when leaves started turning yellow and red (and after several days of rain (no pictures!!) we were able to take the amazing sunshine pictures). "⎣Ȕ¤

We attempted to climb the "Grand Teton" but got pushed back by snowstorms!
Lili’s account: Daddy and I went to climb up to the Lake of the Crags. First we went on a boat across Jenny Lake. It was very cold and snowed. We did not make it all the way to the top because it was snowing, but we saw two chipmonks, one bald eagle and one Pika (a kind of small rabbit that lives in the mountains). We made it up to over 3000 m and climbed almost 1000 m. My camelback broke when we were half way up and leaked all over my clothes. I had to put it into a plastic bag. I liked the climb very much but the wheather could have been better.
