The last day of our stay in Denali the kids finished their Junior Ranger Program. Basically a number of exercises and pieces of small research they had to do to fill in a small book. A park ranger would subsequently test them and if all answers correct and sufficiently worked they had to take an oath to promise to protect the environment and got a Junior Ranger badge. We visited as well the Denali Sled Dog kennels with a live demonstration of equipment and dogs. This still seems to be the best way of commotion in the park in winter. At the end of the winter, when the dogs are really fit, they go on 4-6 week trips through the park to survey animals and the area. Ι<ʙƨƨ溨᭰翠ཱུ
